immunity booster


INGREDIENTS –

  • frozen strawberries
  • 1 thumb fresh ginger
  • 2 celery stalks with leaves, chopped
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup frozen spinach (optional)
  • some mint leaves

PROCESS –

Add everything to a blender and enjoy! If you don’t like the fiber strands you can drain it too, I personally drink it with the fiber since its good for digestion 🙂
